  1. Hi,
I really enjoyed looking through your blog. I am running a fitness program called AikiFit in Liberty Village. It is a new Martial Arts Conditioning class that will rock your world.
Please let me know if you are interested in trying a free class.

Hi there! My name is Lindsey and I am a nursing student with an assignment to create a lesson plan on postpartum care. I was looking for some inspirational pics for the young moms to see a healthy transition back to pre pregnancy weight such as yourself. With that being said, I would like to get your permission to use some of your pictures for the slideshow I am making. If you would like, I can crop your face from any picture I may use. And, of course, I will include where the picture came from. Your blog is great.

      Hi Lindsey,

I am sorry I did not get to this sooner. I hope your assignment went well. Feel free to use my blog as a reference in future.
